In recent years the international concerns has been growing on environmental protection
and resources conservation. In order to overcome such impacts and challenges faced by the
fishery sector, the direction of fishery policy formulation and research have been aiming to respond in
coordination with the overall policy of the Government, and
the changes in the international environment.
