計劃名稱 遠洋漁船冷凍室風扇節能設計研究
中文摘要 本計畫將研究節省能源之遠洋漁船冷凍室保溫層特性及風扇位置,並分析其節能之功效。預期在發泡劑方面預期研發出使其保溫效能提升之較佳的藥劑混合比例。而在風扇方面多數研究著重於風扇葉片的設計,此次將針對冷凍室風扇位置及其數量做討論,預期可研討出風扇之位置與數量可有效改善冷凍效果達到節能效益。若能有效改善遠洋漁船漁艙冷凍室冷凍節能問題,大幅降低遠洋漁船冷凍室所需消耗之能源,除了可有效的增加漁貨新鮮度之外,並可降低額外的電力消耗以及人力資源的浪費,使得作業流程更為迅速達到最佳的經濟效益。
英文摘要 This project will study the insulation characteristics and fan location of the refrigeration room for saving the energy of far-sea fishing boats and analyze the effect of its energy-saving. Expecting the medicament mixing ratio in blowing agent is developed to enhance much better insulation performance. In many research points at the design of fan blades, this time we will aim at the fan’s positions and amounts for the refrigerator room. We are expecting that to improve the frozen effect to energy-saving on the fan’s positions and amounts. If improving the problems of the frozen effect to energy-saving in far-sea fishing boats, it could reduce the energy in the refrigeration room. It not only could improve the fish’s fresh but also could reduce the power consumption and human resources. It could achieve the best economic benefits on SOP.
