開發觀賞魚蝦繁養殖關鍵技術

計劃名稱 開發觀賞魚蝦繁養殖關鍵技術
中文摘要 計畫完成以匙指蝦科(Family Atyidae)米蝦屬(genus Caridina)及新米蝦屬(genus Neocaridina)為主之觀賞蝦類種類與品系收集達38種(包含品系與色彩變異則為90種)。分別以商品名稱為琉璃蝦、玫瑰蝦與水晶蝦之米蝦屬與新米蝦屬物種,進行種內選汰與種間雜交,成功生產具新穎形質特徵之新穎品系雜交子代(hybrid F1)共計9類品系並達3千餘尾,且成功培育雜交蘇拉威西米蝦屬(Caridina spp. Sulawesi)物種至少2種,並依據特徵進行形質選汰與品系確認。藉由妥善之光照週期控制、性比與餌料組成,有助於提升個體成長、活存並控制抱卵週期,抱卵量及子代活存率皆可明顯提升至少15%。計畫同時產出淡水觀賞蝦繁養殖操作技術手冊,提供產業索引參考。
英文摘要 Carried out the collected and captured of ornamental shrimp species and strains of the genus Caridina and Neocaridina shrimp (Family Atyidae), and had collected 38 species (included 90 strains) at the least. In study, we had collected more than 79 species and strains of freshwater ornamental shrimp. Study of the intraspecies sorting and interspecies hybridization with several kinds of ornamental shrimp, included Caridina cantonensis var. CRS, Neocaridina heteropoda and N. heteropoda var. in genus Caridina and Neocaridina, respectively, and has successfully produced a total of more than 3000 hybrid offspring (hybrid F1) which has a novel form of color and pattern characteristics. And propagation the Caridina spp. which were caught from Sulawesi, Indonesia and got hybridization offspring also. Completed the feed research of various diets (Artemia salina nauplii, prawn meal, and/or mixture food) to feed broodstock and offspring, photoperiods control and sex ratio, respectively. To enhance the growth rate, survival ratio and increase the propagation frequencies, and raised 15% egg capacity and 15% survivorship with larvae, respectively.
