開發多溫層與多營養層之整合型養殖科技

計劃名稱 開發多溫層與多營養層之整合型養殖科技
中文摘要       本計畫目標主要是開發多溫層與多營養層之整合型養殖技術,協助推動低溫特性於養殖產業本土化,並協助業界建立合適環境之基礎資訊,以利漁業養殖產業之發展。   計畫執行期間規劃設計「單一水源、分階段利用、先低溫後高溫、養殖生物與藻類交互排列」之養殖模組,開發多溫層與多營養層之整合型養殖科技,進行模組設計架構、設計研發用模組、商業模組廠房、溫棚與戶外場及養殖區規劃。   建構中油LNG冷卻水多溫層研發用模組進行仿刺參、皺紋盤鮑、褐石斑、龍膽石斑、草蝦、斑節蝦養殖試驗其活存高達100%;紅翎藻及海木耳養殖試驗其每日成長率達1%。同時也針對LNG冷卻進行水水資源與養殖各物種安全性監測調查評估。   選定適合多溫層與多營養層之養殖系統各養殖單元建議放養高經濟養殖物種,計有18養殖魚介貝類及10種藻類進行生物基本資料介紹、養殖環境、養殖方式及深層海水與中油LNG冷卻水養殖之益處分析。   調查適合低溫養殖之高經濟藻類,已成功繁養殖出台灣周邊沿岸潮間帶14種藻種並建立共10種藻類關鍵繁養殖技術。   建立多溫層與多營養層系統的養殖各不同高經濟物種的產能效益、經濟效益及經營模式,進行養殖作業流程風險危害相關因子分析,制訂多溫層與多營養層模組養殖系統之養殖標準作業書。
英文摘要 The main purposes of this research are to develop integrated aquaculture techniques of multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients, to promote low-temperature property in local aquaculture industry, and to assist farmers to establish basic information of suitable environment for the progress of aquaculture industry.    During the research period, the aquaculture module, which has the characteristics of \\\"one water resource, multi-stage usage, low-temperature before high-temperature, and aquacultural fish and shellfish interacting with algae,\\\" is constructed to develop integrated aquaculture techniques of multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients. It involves module organization for the design of research module, commercial-module industrial buildings, in-house farms, outdoor farms and other culture areas. Also, the module of LNG cool water (CPC Corporation) for multi-temperature gradients as well as water safety monitoring is constructed.         Performing the cultural tests of module of LNG cool water for multi-temperature gradients in Apostichopus japonicas, Haliotis discus hannai, Epinephelus brunneus, Epinephelus lanceolatus, Penaeus monodon, Penaeus japonicas and Agardhiella subulata can reach 100% of survival rate. Enteromorpha intestinalis and Sarcodiaceylanica can reach 1% of growth rate. Assessment and investigation for the safety of water resource by LNG cool water had also been carried out.   Each culture unit is suggested to culture high-value species for multi-temperature and multi-nutrition aquaculture system: there are eighteen species of fish and shellfish and ten types of algae, and their basic introduction, culture environments, culture methods, and the benefits of using deep-sea water with LNG cool water (CPC corporation) in aquaculture are described.   Investigation of the proper high value species of algae has successfully led to reproduce fourteen different types of algae from intertidal zones around Taiwan, and establish critical techniques for culturing ten kinds of algae.   Promote the efficiency of production, the economic benefits and pattern of management for culturing different high value of algae species in multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients. Analyzing the risk factors of reproduction processes and formulating the principles and standards for culturing have been established in multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients.
