Crispy 5-flavored Giant Grouper Fillets Ingredients
giant grouper 600g, Schisandra fruit (5-flavored fruit) 15g, wolfberry 30g, crystal sugar some, golden kiwi fruit 2, scallion 20g, ginger 25g
Seasoning
potato starch 30g, pepper 3g, rice wine 5cc, white sesame oil 5g, salt 5g
Steps
  1. cut the fish into long strips, marinate with scallion, ginger, rice wine, pepper and white sesame oil until flavored. Peel the kiwi fruits and slice them.
  2. boil the Schisandra fruit (5-flavored fruit) with 200cc of water first, then put the wolfberries and crystal sugar together. Season to the preferred taste and thicken with potato starch.
  3. Heat the pan and deep fry the fish fillets until golden. Remove and place them on the plate. Spread over with 5-flavored sauce and garnish with the kiwi fruit slices. Ready to serve.
