Sliced Trout with Tomato Sauce Ingredient
400 g of sliced trout
1 small onion, sliced
6 cups of cooking oil for deep-frying
1/2 cup of sweet potato starch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of rice wine
4 spoonfuls of tomato sauce
1 spoonful of sugar
2 spoonfuls of water
1/2 sliced lemon or 1/2 spoonful of white vinegar
  1. Cut the trout fillet into squares (1 inch width), mix mayonnaise with a mixture of the rice wine, salt, sweet potato starch and sugar for 30 minutes, and then deep fry until it turns golden.
  2. Use 2 spoonfuls of oil to stir fry the onion and then add tomato sauce. Put the sauce on the fish and mix well. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
