Miso Grilled Grouper with Sweet Rice Wine and Sesame Ingredients
grouper 200g, sweet rice wine 60g, white sesame 5g, miso 30g, scallion 20g, rice wine 20cc.
Seasoning
sugar 10g, bean sauce 15g.
Steps
  1. Cut the grouper in proper sizes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl except the grouper meat. Mix and blend well.
  3. Then marinate the grouper for 2-3 hrs and remove.
  4. Put in the oven to grill until cooked. Scatter some sesame and chopped scallion before serving.
