Roast Trout with Garlic Butter Ingredient
1 trout
2 spoonfuls of minced garlic
125 g of butter
1 teaspoon of salt Aluminum foil, about 40 x 40 cm
  1. Remove the scales and innards. Lightly score 3 lines on both sides of the trout and apply salt. Wait for 30 minutes and then rinse the trout.
  2. Mix the minced garlic and butter well and then apply to the trout. Wrap the trout with aluminum foil and roast in an oven at 200℃ for 25 minutes.
