Giant Grouper Ball with Red Yeast

Braised Giant Grouper Ingredients
Grouper 300g, lard 30g, water chestnut 10g, shredded yam 100g, deep fried sweet potato shreds some
Seasoning
Red yeast paste 15g, egg white 1/3, salt, pepper, potato starch some / each
Steps
  1. Remove the grouper skin and blend with pork, egg yolk, salt, ground pepper and starch.
  2. Wrap the fish paste with the grouper skin and make the ball shapes. Steam until cooked serve.
  3. For Gamish, put shredded yam, fidh balls, deep fried sweet potato, and red yeast paste.
