Giant grouper skin 200g, shredded taro 50g, lettuce 50g, sea weed 50g, cherry tomato 5, kernel corn 15g.
Japanese style dressing 100cc.
  1. Cook the grouper skin and shred. Shred the taro and deep fry to make the net shape.
