Spicy Grouper Tofu Ingredients
  1. grouper 300g, tofu 1/2 box, lard 20g, egg white 1/3
  2. toasted sushi nori (sea weed)
  1. salt 5g, pepper some, rice wine 5cc, potato starch 5g, white seaame oil some
  2. chili sauce
  1. Blend the ingredients 1 and seasoning with the food processor to make the fish paste.
  2. Wrap the fish paste with the plastic wrap and steam until cooked.
  3. When cooked, roll with the sea weed and cut in thick slices. Spread over the chili sauce.
