Giant Grouper Rolls of Green Jade Ingredients
Giant grouper 450g, spinach leaves 100g.
Seasoning
Cream 40cc, salt, white pepper some, yellow mustard 15g, mayonnaise 45g.
Steps
  1. Blanch the spinach leaves and put in iced water. When it is cooled, remove.
  2. Put the spinach in the food processor to blend into puree. Remove.
  3. Cut the giant grouper into cubes and put in the food processor to blend into puree. Add cream, salt, white and blend well with the spinach puree. Roll into round shapes, steam and ready to serve.
