Olive Oil-Sauteed Grouper with Lemon and Tomato Ingredients
grouper 1 slice , onion dice 20g, tomato dice 20g, caper 5g, parsley 2g, lemon juice 30cc, olive oil 30g, black olive(sliced) 10g.
Seasoning
salt and pepper some.
Steps
  1. Slightly crosscut 2-3 times on the grouper surface. Season and saute until light brown.
  2. Slightly saute onion, caper and olive slices with olive oil (do not over heat).
  3. Add tomato dice, lemon juice and minced parsley. Season to make the sauce.
  4. Drizzle over the grouper and ready to serve.
