Saute ed Malabar Grouper with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Ingredients
grouper 200g, asparagus 3, carrot 1/2, mushroom 8, shitake mushroom 1, cherry tomato 2
Seasoning
white wine 30cc, cream 125cc, milk 60cc, salt 5g, sugar 5g
Steps
  1. Coat the grouper with some flour and saute until golden brown. Place on the plate.
  2. Blanch the asparagus, carrot and cherry tomato as garnish.
  3. Saute the mushroom slices in the work, add milk and cream. Condense to make sauce and season with salt and sugar. Enhance the final savor by adding some white wine.
  4. Spread over the sauce on the veggie and the grouper fillet.
