Grouper Braised in Cheese Ingredients
giant grouper 300g, scallion 1, sweet pea 20g, Broccoli 60g, Cheese 50g
black pepper 10g, rock salt 10g
  1. Cut the grouper in proper cubes. Coat the black pepper and saute over low heat until almost cooked. Sprinkle over some rock salt, and scatter some cheese. Cover the pan with the lid for 2 minutes, remove to the plate.
  2. Saute broccoli with some olive oil until flavored. Garnish on the edge of the plate.
