Lemon Sea Bass in Sour Bean Sauce Ingredients
1 whole Japanese sea bass (about 0.6 kg), 1/2 piece broccoli, 2 tomatoes, 10 grams sour beans, 1/4 diced onion, 10 grams mashed garlic
A small amount of pepper salt, 20 grams lemon juice, 30 grams butter, White wine, A suitable amount of olive oil
  1. Fillet the sea bass and pan-fry to well done. Unpeel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and dice. Scald the broccoli.
