Main ingredient: 1 whole red tilapia (600 gram)

Secondary ingredients: 6 spring onions, A small amount of mashed ginger, 1.5 tablespoon soybean paste
1 teaspoon sugar, A small amount of white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon rice wine, 1.5 tablespoons soy paste, 250 grams water
  1. Fry the entire fish for shaping (250°C).
  2. Stir-fry the secondary ingredients, add seasonings inside and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
