White Croaker with Shallots Ingredient
2 white croakers
4 shallots, chop into 5 cm long
1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 cups of cooking oil
4 spoonfuls of soy sauce
1 spoonful of sugar
  1. Scale the bass and remove the gill and innards. Apply salt to the fish and leave it for 1 hour, then rinse it with water.
  2. Pat the croaker dry and deep fry it until it turns golden in color. Remove the croaker to a plate.
  3. Stir fry shallots and the rest of the ingredients with 2 spoonfuls of oil and put them on the fish.
