1 milkfish maw, 2 red tomatoes, 1 half onion, 1 broccoli, 10 plums
2 tablespoons potato starch, 2 tablespoons plum vinegar, 1 teaspoon fructose, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. Wash the milkfish and remove the fishbone. Cube the milkfish and mix well with the potato starch. Scaled in hot water. Dry and cool it.
  2. Cube and wash the broccoli. Scald in hot water and dry it.
  3. Cube the tomato, unpeel and shred the onions.
  4. Mix 1-3 with the plum, plum vinegar, salt, fructose, and olive oil. Freeze in the refrigerator for use.
