Roast Fish Fillet with Miso Sauce Ingredient
1 mouthbreeder (fillet)
1 spoonful of Miso (mixed with a bit of rice wine and salt)
Method
  1. Marinade the fish fillet with Miso sauce and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Rinse the fish fillet and roast it in an oven until cooked.
