Roast Eel Ingredient
1 eel
Wash fillet, remove the bone, and cut it into three pieces.
Sauce: soy sauce, sugar, wine (brandy or red reserve rose)mixed well and boiled.
  1. Rinse the eel and slice the fillet.
  2. Apply the sauce on eel fillet and roast it in an oven until cooked.
