According the conclusions and recommedations of the previous project, we should finish the following works.
(1) Revise the?mechanism of the information security
i. According to?"The standard of the information security management for The Exective Yuan of the Republic of China and its sub-departments" and "The essentials of the information security management for The Exective Yuan of the Republic of China and its sub-departments", we revise the mechanism of the information security for the shared management system.
ii. To popularize the the mechanism of the information security for the shared management system.
(2) Plan and build the pre-warning mechanism
i. To study the index of the pre-warning mechanism for the collateral departments.
(3) Build IDC
i. According the research results of the pre-work study, to build IDC system.
1. The expected beneficial results
(1) Build the mechanism of the information security.
i. To build the model of the mechanism of the information security.
ii. To construct a tuning model to fit the mechanism of the information security for the local?department.
iii. To build the mechanism of the information security to avoid the money loss?for data?damage or loss.
iv. To improve the appearance of the department with the?information computing and security mechanism.
v. To improve the confidence of employees by the information security.
(2) Build IDC
i. To shorten the job process time
(i) The local department must prepare the related data an send?to the management organization. The management organization analysis the data.
(ii) The new method is that the mangement organization can collect the related data directly from IDC. We can improve the labor power about 95% and the time about 98%.
ii. To improve the data?accuracy
(i) We must use the labor power to collect the data. It is not easy to preserve the data accuracy.
(ii) IDC will computerize the procedure. The data accuracy is easy to maintain.
iii.?To improve the quality of decisions
(i) We can use the data of IDC to analyse the strategy quickly.
(ii) Because we can get the data from IDC quickly, the decision strategy can be made quickly and accurately.
(3) Plan and build the pre-warning mechanism
i. We can use data warehouse to analyze to find the related relations of the data to provide the intelligent tuning index model expect the determined index.
ii. We should study the related relations among the subsystem of the shared system to improve the pre-warning mechanism. |
