第一期行動計畫於2025年告一段落，期望藉由成果回顧，供外界瞭解我國漁業與人權的推動進展， 共同監督合作，落實外籍船員權益保障，邁向公平、透明且永續的漁業發展目標。The first phase of the Action Plan concluded in 2025.  Through this retrospective review of our achievements, we aim to provide the public with a clear understanding of Taiwan's progress in advancing human rights in fisheries. We call for collective oversight and cooperation to safeguard the rights of migrant fishers as we strive toward a fair, transparent, and sustainable future for the fishing industry.
