Ecological aquaculture is a sustainability aquaculture model. However, only a few consumers realize the importance of ecological aquaculture. Attempt on elevation of ecological aquaculture value, the present project investigates the possible system that combine ecological aquaculture and traceability system.
The present project focuses on the ecological aquaculture system of milk fish. Factors that affect the water quality and management, the quality and compositions of feed and functional dietary supplements as well as the hygiene and safety of ecological aquaculture product will be examined. Our predicted results of this project benefit the combination of ecological aquaculture and traceability system. |
