本報告說明此計畫分析2008年我國魷釣船隊在西南大西洋捕阿根庭魷之作業結果,以及分析歷史性漁獲資料中所顯示的空間分布情形。 後者以空間統計的方式呈現其所潛藏的空間組態,俾改善目前的資源量指數評估方式。
本年之魷魚總產量為240,283 t y-1,僅及去年298,748 t y-1 的80.4%。 此產量為歷年之第四高順位(次於2007、1999 & 2000)。 努力量投入數為10,555 v d y-1,略少於去年之11,433 v d y-1,達到去年的92.3%。 以西南大西洋、東南太平洋、西北太平洋及南太平洋來區分產量,則發現本年的產量86.8%發生在西南大西洋(208,641 t)。 在西南大西洋,2007年達到284,562 t,而本(2008)年較去年稍降,只達到71.6%。 本年之參與船數稍少,使得單船之卸魚量(landing)反而增加2% (2,995 t v-1 vs. 3,042 t v-1)。 歷史性資料分析包括:漁獲努力量之標準化、?雙週別之CPUE空間分布圖、雙週別之cpue空間分布組態、及評估各年之資源量。 |

This paper reports the catch status of Taiwanese jigging fleet operated in the Southwest Atlantic for Argentine squid in 2008.? We also analyzed historical data to present their annual cpue distribution pattern, and to extract underlying spatial structure via geo-statistic methods.
The total squid catch in 2008 is amounted to 240,283 t y-1.? It is about 20% less to the amount of 98,748 t y-1 in last year.? This production leveled the forth high in history (i.e., less than the years of 2007, 1999 & 2000)。 The total fishing effort consumed in SWA was 10,555 v d y-1, that is a bit less (i.e., 92.3%) than 11,433 v d y-1 shown in 2007.? Classified by areas of Southwest Atlantic (SWA), Southeast Pacific (SEP) and Northwest Pacific (NWP), we found SWA was counted to 86.8% of total squid catches (208,641 t).? The catch of SWA reached 284,562 t in 2007, so that the catch in 2008 was count to 71.6% only.? Due to less vessels took parts in 2008's operation, the landings per vessels conversely increased to 102% (2,995 t v-1 vs. 3,042 t v-1)。 We looked into the historical data in several aspects; 1) standardization of fishing efforts, fortnightly distribution of cpue and water temperature, spatial structure of cpue distribution, and annual recruiting biomass. |
